Social Distancing Measures.

Here at Motorserv UK we have been following the government guidelines to make sure everyone in our workplace, including customers, are safe and prepared to return back to work. We have taken this time to review every step of our customer journey and how we can adapt the services we offer to the new social distancing norms.

Therefore we have introduced some new rules throughout our showroom and garages to ensure all social distancing guidelines are met. This includes our mechanics working solely in their own station, keeping 2 meters apart from any other members of the team at all times whilst maintaining good hygiene in the workplace.

Here at Motorserv we are prioritising all cars which are overdue on their MOT. As a way for us to manage all of our bookings, we are contacting all customers whose appointments were cancelled due to COVID19.
